Guan Xin Spironolactone Capsule

              Objective to observe the effect of spironolactone capsule on myocardial energy metabolism in rats with chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction and its possible mechanism. Methods 80 SD Rats were randomly selected 20 as blank group, and the left coronary artery anterior descending branch ligation method was used to reproduce the chronic heart failure rat model. The successful rats were randomly divided into model group, Western Medicine Group and Spironolactone capsule group.Capsule

               After molding, the western medicine group gave Lisinopril tablets 1.5 mg (kg·d) perfusion of the stomach, Crown Heart spironolactone capsule group to give the heart spironolactone capsules ten. 0 g (kg·d) perfusion of the stomach, blank group and model group respectively given the volume of distilled water 3 ml times, 1 times a day. After 28 days, the plasma B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) was determined in each group of rats, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) concentrations were determined to determine the expression of 1α (pgc-1α), nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF-1), mitochondrial transcription factor A (Mt TFA) gene and protein in the tissue of myocardium. Results compared with the blank group, the plasma BNP level of the model group, Western Medicine Group and the Spironolactone capsule group was elevated, the plasma ATP concentration and the expression of pgc-1α, NRF-1, MT TFA mRNA and protein in the myocardium were reduced (p. 05).Capsule

               Compared to model groups, the plasma BNP level of the Western Medicine Group and the Spironolactone capsule group decreased, while the ATP concentration, pgc-1α, NRF-1, MT TFA mRNA and protein expression were all increased (P 05), and there was no statistically significant difference between the Western medicine group and the Heart Spironolactone capsule Group ($number. 05). Conclusion Spironolactone capsule may improve and correct the heart failure by activating the pgc-1α, NRF-1 and Mt TFA factors related to myocardial energy metabolism and increasing the capacity of mitochondria.Capsule
